Space Planning Office Cubicles
A great office cubicle design goes far beyond how an office looks and incorporates the company culture, workflow, and future growth. As you begin the design process, consider the following questions.
How does your company work and use the space?
Do your employees work independently or do they collaborate frequently during the day?
Do employees need a big lunch area, or do they eat out or at their desk?
Do you need room for a large copier or filing cabinet?
Do you need an aisle for people to walk through?
Do you need a receptionist area?
Do you need informal huddle or break spaces?
A well-designed office cubicles layout will meet the needs of your call center and support the use of your space. A functional office design can make a big difference in the long term satisfaction of your office cubicle environment.
To start designing your office, determine how much space you have to work with. A floor plan not only confirms your furniture and equipment will fit into your space, but it also allows you to see where new office cubicles and furniture might fit as you grow.
To get started, you will need an outline of your space. Begin by drawing all the walls, columns, cabinets, and other immovable features. Make note of light switches and outlet placements. Once you have your drawing, you are ready to start your measurements. Measure all the exterior and interior walls, doorways, and other features in your space. Open Shelf Unit

Open overhead storage units for use with full height (67" and 85") panels. Provides overhead storage for books, binders and other items you want handy, but off the work-surface. Open Shelf Units are available in widths from 24 inches - 60 inches and are available in powder-coated finish to match your panel trim color. Open Shelf Units provide the perfect place to mount Task lights and along with matching Flipper Door Unit provide the extra storage to make your cubicle a highly efficient, well organized work space.



Flipper Door Unit

Locking overhead storage units for use with full height (67" & 85") panels. Provides secure overhead storage for books, binders and other items you want handy but off the work-surface, with a cleaner look than shelving alone. Commonly referred to as Flipper Door units, or Binder bins, these units are available in widths from 24 inches - 60 inches and are available in powder-coated finish or fabric covered options to match or accent your panel fabric or trim color. Flipper door units provide the perfect place to mount Task lights and along with matching Open Shelf Unit provide the extra storage to make your cubicle a highly efficient, well organized work space.





Keyboard Tray – Adjustable Height Table Set

Our keyboard trays come in a variety of styles and sizes to meet your employees’ individual needs. The Adjustable Height Table Set (WKETABLE) is made specifically for our Sit/Stand power tables and Emerge Desktop Sit/Stand units. The keyboard tray has a wrist rest that can be folded under the table. (Designed for 30” and 36" deep work-surfaces).
